  14. This reminds me of a anecdote from minimax.  Suppose you have a new coin
  15. that you have flipped 1000 times and gotten heads 990 times.  Now suppose
  16. you lock the coin and results in a drawer and go away for the night.  A
  17. burglar (obviously eccentric) comes, opens the drawer, flips the coin 10000
  18. times and comes up with heads 4510 times, tails 5490 times, then locks up
  19. the drawer and the coin so you never knew he was there.   Did he steal
  20. information from you?
