  11. Slow, dull pain sleeps in my head. Never stirring, never intense, just a
  12. constant presence. It reminds me always of how little control one can
  13. actually have. As Lyle Lovett said, "Life is so uncertain." But I just
  14. wish for some definition . . . a direction, something to strive for.
  15. Clear thinking I have, creativity is gone - and what good is logic and
  16. rationality when there is nothing to accomplish?
