- Amen. I get more and more frightened--not angstful, terrified--each time
- I reflect that the last twelve years of indoctrinated greed and social
- capitalism (i'm not marxist, it's just the most convenient term), under
- Reagan/Bush in the US or Maggie in the UK, have bred compassion out of an
- entire generation of people. It's evident on the national political level
- as well as on the personal.
