precautions:
-Disconnect power to the computer
-Ground yourself to prevent Electro-Static Discharge (ESD) damage by
wearing an ESD wrist strap or by touching a metal portion of the
computer case
-Remove the power connector and interface cable to the drive before
attempting to remove any mounting screws holding the drive in the
case
-Place the drive in approved packaging as soon as possible
