  5. This software and the documentation that accompanies it 
  6. are owned by FNProgramvare and protected by the Universal 
  7. Copyright Convention and other international copyright 
  8. treaties. All rights are reserved. You must treat this software 
  9. like any other copyrighted material (for example a book or 
  10. musical recording), except that you may copy it onto a computer 
  11. to be used and you may make archive copies of the software for 
  12. the sole purpose of backing up the software and protecting 
  13. your investment from loss.

  15. Limited warranty
  16.  
  17. FNProgramvare warrants the physical media and physical 
  18. documentation provided by FNProgramvare to be free of defects
  19. in materials and workmanship for a period of ninety (90) days
  20. from the original date of purchase. If FNProgramvare receives 
  21. notification within the warranty period of defects in materials 
  22. or workmanship, and determines that such notification is 
  23. correct, FNProgramvare will replace the defective media or 
  24. documentation.

  26. The entire and exclusive liability and remedy for breach of 
  27. this limited warranty shall be limited to the replacement of 
  28. defective media or documentation and does not include or 
  29. extend to any claim for or right to recover any other damages, 
  30. including but not limited to, loss of profit, data, or use of 
  31. the software or special, incidental or consequential damages, 
  32. or other similar claims, even if FNProgramvare has been 
  33. specifically advised of the possibility of such damages. In 
  34. no event will FNProgramvare's liability for any damages to you 
  35. or any other person ever exceed the lower of the list price or 
  36. the actual price paid for the package or the license to use the 
  37. software, regardless of the form of the claim.

  39. Restrictions on use

  43. - Distribute, hire out, license, lease, copy or in any other way 
  44.   make the registered version of this software available to others
  45. - Modify, translate, adapt or de-compile the software, or 
  46.   make derivations based on the software or documentation.
  47. - Use the software, or allow it to be used, on more than one 
  48.   computer or workstation simultaneously, unless you have a   
  49.   network license for the product.
