  18. This file provides information for Shareware Distributors, Disk Vendors and
  19. Computer Clubs who wish to distribute the Integrity Master package.

  29.                          Distribution Requirements

  32. Individuals who wish to distribute Integrity Master to their friends or
  33. Computer Clubs and User Groups wishing to add the Integrity Master package to
  34. their disk library may do so in accordance with the Distribution Restrictions
  35. listed below.

  37.    If you would like your Computer Club or User Group to be placed on our
  38.    mailing list for future upgrades to any of our products, please contact us
  39.    for complete details.  Our address, and Email addresses are listed in
  40.    ORDER.TXT.

  42. Limited Distribution License:

  44. As the exclusive copyright holder for Integrity Master, Stiller Research
  45. authorizes distribution only in accordance with the following restrictions.

  50. Upon written notification from us, you will stop distribution of the
  51. software as soon as possible.  Under no circumstances, may you
  52. distribute or list our software more than 3 months after having been
  53. given notice to stop distribution.

  55. The Integrity Master package is defined as containing all the files listed in
  56. the README.TXT text file.  If any files listed in the README.TXT text file
  57. are missing, then the package is not complete and distribution is forbidden.
  58. Please contact us to obtain a complete package suitable for distribution.

  60. The Integrity Master package - including all related program files and
  61. documentation files - MAY NOT be modified in any way and must be distributed
  62. as a complete package, without exception.

  64.    Small additions to the package, such as the introductory or installation
  65.    batch files used by many shareware disk vendors, are acceptable.
  66.  
  67. You must make it clear that the user is obligated to pay for these
  68. programs if they decide to continue to use them.  If you charge for
  69. distribution, it must be clear that your customers are paying for your
  70. distribution, NOT for the software.

  72. Bundling and Rack Sales

  74. CDROM and rack sales are allowed--all guidelines specified in this
  75. document must be carefully observed.

  81. The PRINTED User's Guide may not be reproduced in whole or in part, using
  82. any means, without the written permission of Stiller Research.  In other
  83. words, the disk-based documentation may not be distributed in PRINTED
  84. (hardcopy) form.

  86. The Integrity Master package cannot be "rented" or "leased" to others.
  87.  
  88. Licensee shall not use, copy, rent, lease, sell, modify, decompile,
  89. disassemble, otherwise reverse engineer, or transfer the licensed program
  90. except as provided in this agreement.  Any such unauthorized use shall
  91. result in immediate and automatic termination of this license.

  100. Please send us a copy of any reviews, articles, catalog descriptions, or
  101. other information you print or distribute regarding the Integrity Master

  112. Distributor Update Program:
  113. ---------------------------

  115. Most disk vendors have standard procedures for acquiring new files.
  116. They get them from other vendors, BBSs, etc.
  117. We can not afford to mail disks to thousands of vendors each month.
  118. If you would like to obtain programs directly from us, automatically, then
  119. please help us to cover the cost.
  120.  
  121. Under this program you can receive updates for an entire year for only $20
  122. (this helps to offset our costs).  Integrity Master is updated monthly with
  123. the latest virus information, but we anticipate doing 7 general mailouts each
  124. year.

  126. Everyone participating in our Update Program will automatically receive any
  127. NEW programs which we may release while their Update Program is in effect.

  129. The Distributor Update Program is only intended to help us cover our
  130. expenses. You will have the latest version directly from the source as soon
  131. as it is available.  This gives you an advantage over everyone else sine you
  132. will be the first to have the latest virus and data integrity protection.
