  27.   To install FamiliarBlocks(TM), exit all other Windows programs, 
  28.   double-click on the FamiliarBlocks.exe file, and follow the 
  29.   installation Wizard.

  31.   Follow the Install Wizard prompts to complete installation.

  33.   Restart your machine.

  35.   To uninstall simply select Add/Remove Programs from the Control 
  36.   Panels folder, select FamiliarBlocks from the program list, 
  37.   and click Remove.

  41.   Starting FamiliarBlocks for the first time:
  42.   -------------------------------------------

  44.   1. Double-click the FamiliarBlocks icon on the desktop or, if there 
  45.      is no FamiliarBlocks icon, you may start your program by choosing: 
  46.      Start|Programs|FamiliarTales|FamiliarBlocks from the taskbar.  
  47.  
  48.   2. If a shortcut icon was not created during installation, we 
  49.      recommend that you create one now. This icon is very 
  50.      recognizable and will make launching the program much easier 
  51.      for your young child. To do this, go to the program directory 
  52.      where your files have been installed (the default location is: 
  53.      My Computer | C: | Program Files | FamiliarTales | FamiliarBlocks. 
  54.      To create a desktop icon, simply select the FamiliarBlocks.exe icon 
  55.      with your mouse, hold down the "shift and "control" keys at the 
  56.      same time and move the icon to the desktop. A menu will appear. 
  57.      Select " Create Shortcut Here" from this menu. (To be certain that 
  58.      you have created a "shortcut" and have not copied actual files to 
  59.      your desktop, look for a small white box with a black arrow in the 
  60.      left-hand corner of the FamiliarBlocks icon. All Shortcut icons 
  61.      have this symbol.)

  63.   3. The first time you launch FamiliarBlocks you will be asked to 
  64.      personalize it with your child's name. Once you have written your 
  65.      child's name, the program will automatically welcome your child 
  66.      every time it launches. As an exercise in name recognition, you 
  67.      may point the name out to your child.

  69.   4. Click the arrow to continue.

  71.   5. The next screen will include a section called  "Getting Started." 
  72.      This section, which can also be found on the FamiliarBlocks 
  73.      menu bar, is designed to introduce you to the general use features 
  74.      of FamiliarBlocks.
