  3. After a successful installation of the NetWare Access Server
  4. the following error message was encountered during startup:
  5.  
  6.                 "Exception #13 at 0A71:A258
  7.                  Errorcode = 0000
  8.                  Do you want to (T)erminate the program, (R)eboot,
  9.                  or try to (C)ontinue?"
  10.  
  11. You cannot continue or terminate.  Your only option after this
  12. error is to do a cold reboot.
  13.  
  14. This error message is caused by the use of an incorrect IPX.COM
  15. file.  The Access Server requires a special IPX that needs to be
  16. created in the initial installation of the Access Server.  If the
  17. normal IPX that other workstations use is run in conjunction with
  18. the Access Server, the error message above will be encountered
  19. when you run the Startup diskette.
