  3. FUNCTION: Moves files from one sub-directory to another.

  5. FORMAT:   RED [d:][path]filename[.ext] [d:]path

  9. REMARKS:  The specified files are moved from the first sub-directory to the
  10.           second by changing the appropriate entry in the FAT without actually
  11.           copying any data. Global file name characters may be used in the
  12.           file specification. The drive specifications must be the same but
  13.           they need not be the current drive. If the drive or path is omitted
  14.           the default drive or path is used. Entering RED with no arguements
  15.           displays a short description of the correct syntax.
