- FUNCTION: Changes the name of a sub-directory.

- REMARKS: The name of the sub-directory oldname is changed to newname on the
- specified drive. The directory names must be simple names without
- path qualifiers. Wildcard characters may be used in specifying the
- directory names. If no drive is specified, the directory to be
- renamed must be a sub-directory of the current directory. Entering
- RDIR with no arguements displays a short description of the correct
- syntax.
