  9. REMARKS:  label is a 1 to 11 character volume label that is written to the
  10.           specified or current drive.  It may be enclosed in quotes and it may
  11.           contain upper or lower case characters.
  12.           If no label is specified on the command line, you are prompted for
  13.           entry of one.  You may remove an existing label by entering no label
  14.           and pressing Enter when prompted for entry of a label.
