  4. Welcome to my Fuel Consumption program V1.7.  Please note this file is for New Users only.  Users upgrading from V1.5 should read README.V15.  V1.6 users should read README.V16

  6. The archive should contain the following files:

  8. S3AFUEL7.APP        Main program

  10. S3AFUELH.OVL        Optional Help file
  11. S3AFUELP.OVL        Optional Print file
  12. S3APRINT.DYL        Optional Print file
  13.  
  14. README.NEW          'Get you started' instructions for new users
  15. README.V15          Upgrade instructions for present users of V1.5
  16. README.V16          Upgrade instructions for present users of V1.6
  17.  
  18. HISTORY.TXT         Details of the various upgrades the program has gone through.
  19.  
  20. REGISTER.TXT        Details on how to register the program.
  21. LICENCE.TXT         A legal document
  22.  
  23. S3AFUEL7.TXT        Full instructions in ASCII Text format

  25. I would strongly encourage you to read the instructions, but if you still insist on flying blind:
  26.  
  27. 1.   Put S3AFUEL7.APP in your \APP\ directory
  28.  
  29. 2.   If you want to use the optional On-Line Help (Highly recommended) put the file S3AFUELH.OVL into an \APP\S3AFUEL\ directory.
  30.  
  31. 3.   If you want to use the optional Print option put the file S3AFUELP.OVL into the \APP\S3AFUEL\ directory and the file S3APRINT.DYL into an \OPD\ directory.  Note that this file is common to all my programs, so if you have more than one of them you only need one copy of this file.

  33. 4.   Install (PSION-I) and go for it !!
  34.  
  35. If you do get a problem, PLEASE read the full instructions.  I have yet to be asked a question that wasn't already fully explained in the instructions !!
