  4. The GolfTrack Package includes 1 application:
  5. GolfTrac, for tracking rounds of golf and compiling stats.

  7. 2 Optional programs are included :

  9. -CourseBuilder, for rapid/pre entry of course information.
  10. -Golftrac Assistant, which provides a text Export function as well as
  11.  for working around a couple of Palm OS Conduit limitations.
  12.  
  13. Course information can be entered on the "fly" while you play
  14. or pre-entered with CourseBuilder.  CourseBuilder can be installed
  15. & De-Installed at will (see the manual fo more information).

  17. NOTE: TO USE GOLFTRAC VERSION 1.1b YOU MUST REMOVE ANY PRIOR
  18. GOLFTRAC VERSIONS INCLUDING ANY ADD-ON APPS (COURSEBUILDER,
  19. FPSDBA).  VERSION 1.1B ADDRESSES DATABASE BACKUP ISSUES THAT
  20. WILL PREVENT THE PRIOR VERSIONS FROM ACCESSING YOUR DATABASES

  26. GolfTrac-Lite is GolfTrac in an unregistered state.
  27. As such it has some limitations.  
  28. With Golftrac Lite, you may only have 1 Round of
  29. golf at a time and 1 Course at a time on the pilot
  30. Legacy Stats for the pilot owner are also disabled
  31. (see the manual for other limitations).

  38. Simply Install GolfTrac-Lite (for more information on installing
  39. applications on your pilot, refer to you pilot owners manual).

  41. When prompted for an activation code, choose cancel.
  42. GolfTrac-Lite is then ready to go.

  44. GolfTrac-Lite is free and UNSUPPORTED.

  46. Registering GolfTrac-Lite and converting it to GolfTrac
  47. unlocks all the features and allows for email tech-support.

  76. well as other intellectual propery laws and treaties. The SOFTWARE PRODUCT is licensed, not sold.

  78. 1. Grant of License
  79. Software. You may install and use one copy of the SOFTWARE PRODUCT on your computer
  80. (Pilot/PalmPilot). Storage. You may retain one backup copy on your computer or other medium in
  81. the event you need to restore it to your computer in the event of an emergency.

  83. 2. Other Rights and Limitations
  84. Separation of Components. The SOFTWARE PRODUCT is licensed as a single product. Its component
  85. parts may not be separated for use on more than one computer (Pilot/PalmPilot) at a time.
  86. Rental. You may not rent or lease the SOFTWARE PRODUCT.
  87. Software Transfer. You may permanently transfer all of your rights under this license agreement
  88. only as part of a sale or transfer of the computer, provided you retain no copies, you transfer
  89. all of the SOFTWARE PRODUCT (including all component parts, media and printed materials, any
  90. upgrades, and this license agreement), and the recipient agrees to all terms of this license
  91. agreement.

  93. 3. Copyright.
  94. All title and copyrights in and to the SOFTWARE PRODUCT are owned by Fighter Pilot Software. The SOFTWARE PRODUCT is protected by copyright laws.

  96. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTY

Neither the author(s), Matt Disher, Ryan Andersen, nor the software distributor, Fighter Pilot Software, LLC nor the software developer, Fighter Pilot Software, LLC, make any warranties, either express or implied, as to the suitability of the computer programs or documentation included in the SOFTWARE PRODUCT for any purpose. Use them at your own risk.

  99. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

Neither the author(s), Matt Disher, Ryan Andersen, nor the software distributor, Fighter Pilot Software, LLC nor the software developer, Fighter Pilot Software, LLC, will be held liable for more than a) the replacement of a defective SOFTWARE PRODUCT or b) the full refund of the purchase price of the SOFTWARE PRODUCT as set by the distributor.
