- 2 ea Egg yolks
- 2 Tbsp Flour
- 1 cup Sugar - scant
- 2 cup Water - or milk
- Salt - a pinch
- 1 tsp Lemon

- DIRECTIONS ------------------------------------------------------------

- Boil until it thickens, pour into crust already baked. Beat egg
- whites, pour over top. Put into oven and brown lightly.
