- INGREDIENTS ------------------------------------------------------------

- 1 Green tomatoes - ground - a peck
- 2 Tbsp Salt
- 1/2 Apples - ground - peck
- 5 lb Brown sugar
- 2 Tbsp Cinnamon
- 2 Tbsp Nutmeg
- 1 tsp Cloves
- 1 cup Vinegar
- 2 lb Raisins

- DIRECTIONS ------------------------------------------------------------

- Drain tomatoes. Throw away liquid. Add as much water as there was
- liquid and boil a few minutes. Repeat this three times. Add other
- ingredients. Cook one hour and seal while hot.
