- INGREDIENTS ------------------------------------------------------------

- Crust:
- 16 ea Graham crackers - rolled fine
- 1/2 cup Shortening - part butter - melted
- 1 tsp Flour
- 1/2 cup Sugar - granulated
- 1 tsp Cinnamon
- Custard filling:
- 3 ea Egg yolks
- 2 cup Milk
- 1/4 cup Sugar
- 2 Tbsp Cornstarch
- 1 tsp Vanilla

- DIRECTIONS ------------------------------------------------------------

- Crust:
- Mix as for pie crust, take 1/2 c. mixture and pack in pie tin.
- Filling:
- Cook together until mixture coats spoon, pour into pie pan. Cover with
- merigue and brown.
