Ingredients |

salt
and freshly ground black pepper apple
slices, to garnish 250 g (8oz) cooked rice,
to serve 4 Tenderlean Pork Chops 1 dessert apple,
peeled, cored and grated 50g (2oz) Edam cheese,
grated

Instructions |

Trim the fat from
the chops and place them under a preheated moderate grill for
approximately 8 minutes, turning once, until
browned.
Mix the apple, cheese and seasoning to
taste. Place a spoonful of the mixture on top of each chop and
return to the grill for 5 minutes, until the cheese
melts.
Garnish with apple slices and serve with cooked
rice.
