Set the bitrate to use in the MPEG file. Depending on what type of file to output, depends on if the bitrate can be changed.

- Movie info:
- Displays information about the playback movie.
Average Video Bitrate- Select the average bitrate, if applicable.
Audio Bitrate- Set the MPEG file audio bitrate.
Estimated file size.- Set the desired file size for the MPEG output. If VBR can be used, the encoder will try to output a file of this size.
"Expert" Button- Click this button to open the [MPEG Settings] window.
Media Usage Graph- Displays how much of the media will be filled as well as allow one to select how much should be filled.
"Back" Button- Go back one page.
"Next" Button- Go to the next page.
"Cancel" Button- Close the window and discard any changes.
Enable this Wizard at startup- Check this box to automatically start the wizard when the program starts.
