The settings for the MPEG encoder. One can use the settings contained within to optimize the encoding.
The [MPEG Settings] window contains [Video], [Advanced], [GOP Structure], [Quantize Matrix], [Audio], and [System] tabs.
- "Video" Tab
- This tab contains the standard MPEG video related settings, such as size and bitrate.

"Advanced" Tab
- This tab contains detailed settings relating to the source video, such as aspect ratio and interlacing.

- "GOP Structure" Tab
- This tab contains settings relating to the MPEG format's GOP
structure and sequencing.
