BullGuard - Firewall - Behaviour blocker

In this section you can block
the execution of programs with a suspect behaviour. This could be programs
trying to write in executable files, files with double extension, applications
trying to write in the system registry, applications with Trojan or
back door behaviour.
To start, select the option ôEnable Behaviour blockerö. All the options for monitoring programs is activated,
and will be displayed on categories as follows:
- Monitor Files System activity - Check the option for monitoring the system files.
- Monitor Registry activity - Check the option For monitoring the activity of the system registry database.
- Monitor Internet activitiy - Check the option for monitoring the Internet related activity of the programs running on your computer.
The section also contains a list named ôBanned applicationö. This contains all the applications you accepted as having a
suspicious behaviour, displaying the name of the application and the action that
placed it in the suspicious category. Each time when BullGuard finds an activity
with such behaviour it will display a warning message, like this:
Tip: Not all the applications that have a virus like activity are the result of a virus infection. ItÆs up to you
to decide if this is a virus activity, depending on the context the message
displayed and on which applications are running.
If you select to block the application, then this will be introduced in the list.
If you want to delete all the applications from the list,
just press the Clear list button.
In case you want to temporarily stop the monitoring of the applications, unselect the option ôEnable Behaviour
blockerö.
