You can access the Multi-file recovery wizard in the menu [File / Multi-file].

The Multi-file Recovery wizard allows you to perform an unattended recovery of a series of damaged MS Excel files. This will read and recover the corrupt files one by one with the default options and will save the resulting files in a new location to preserve the original files. The wizard will complete the recovery of all the files even if one of the files could not be recovered correctly. After the recoveries are completed you will see how each file was recovered.

You can set-up the way in which ExcelFIX calculates the location and file name of the output files in the menu [Options / Options / Multi-file].

If you would like more control over the recovery process, you may prefer a one by one recovery using the Quick recovery or Advanced recovery functions.
