Limit the transactions included in a report or chart

1 View the report or chart you want to work with.

1 On the navigation bar (The strip at the top of the Money screen where you can click to go to the different areas in Money.), click Reports.

2 In the left pane, click a group (such as Spending Habits) to see the reports and charts it contains.

3 Double-click the report you want.

2 At the bottom of the screen, click Customize .

3 In the Customize Report dialog box, click the tab that corresponds to the criteria you want to set.

4 Set the options you want.

To find out more about a specific option, select it and press F1.

To see what other options are customizable for this report or chart, at the top of the dialog, click a different tab.

Can I see my changes while I work?

Yes. To see how your changes affect your report or chart as you make them, click Apply.

Do I need to save these changes?

Money saves your customized format automatically. When you view this report or chart in the future, it will contain your up-to-date information in the customized format.

How do I return this report or chart to its original settings?

To return a report to its default settings, click Reset.
