You can tailor MoneyÆs reports and charts to help you better fit them to your needs. The specific changes you can make depend on the report or chart youÆre working with:
- Limit which transactions Money includes in a report or chart You can set criteria such as date, category, payee, and account.
- Display different transaction and account information In many of MoneyÆs reports, you can specify how much transaction and account information is included and how that information is organized.
For example, in some reports you can include details like payment number, memo text, and transaction status, and group transactions by details such as account, category, or time period.
- Display reports as charts and vice versa You can display most of MoneyÆs reports as charts, and all of MoneyÆs charts as reports.
- Change a variety of display and layout options You can change fonts, report column widths, and chart legend or gridline display options.
- Quickly customize reports and charts In the lower-right corner of nearly every report window youÆll find one or more text fields (such as Accounts or Date Range). You can use these to quickly update some of the most commonly changed elements of your report. If you donÆt change these details, your report or chart will reflect the current selection.
Both the availability and nature of these lists depends on the chart or report you have selected.
