What happens if I am signing up for the first time?
When you click Set Up on the wizardÆs last screen, Money connects to the Internet and takes you to the selected E-bill providerÆs sign up page on their Web site. Follow their instructions to sign up to receive your electronic bills (Bills you receive and pay over the Internet.).
What if I have already signed up for electronic bills (E-bills) outside of Money?
You still need to go through this wizard to tell Money where you get your E-bills delivered. This allows you to integrate your E-bills with your recurring transactions set up in Money.
Can I get all of my bills online?
Not all bills are available as E-bills. Log on to your E-bill providerÆs Web site to see what companies are currently offering electronic bills.
What if there are no financial institutions listed in the wizard?
This means that there are currently no E-bill providers that are compatible with Money. On the Tools menu, click Update Internet Information periodically to check for new providers.
What if my financial institution isnÆt listed?
This means that at the time this list was downloaded, your financial institution didnÆt provide E-bills. To see if your provider has added E-bills to their service offerings, go to the Contact Information place in the Online place, and then click Update Contact Information at the bottom of the screen. After you have updated this information, follow the above procedure again. If your financial institution still doesnÆt appear in the list, then try again later.
