Multi-Effect

This effect can create a variety of echo and chorus effects by providing precise control over audio delay and modulation.

The Delay section creates a copy of the audio that is offset in time.

Delay time Specifies the time between the original audio and its delay.

Feedback Specifies how much of the delayed audio is added back to the original audio.

Mix Specifies the proportions of the original audio and the delay. Many effects work well when the dry (original) and wet (processed) audio are both audible, with the slider at around 50%.

The Modulation section changes the delay time using a cycle based on the settings you specify.

Rate Specifies how often the audio is modulated in Hz.

Intensity Specifies how much modulation is applied to the delayed audio.

Waveform Specifies the waveform used to modulate the audio. The first waveform is a sine wave, which causes the pitch of the sound to rise and fall. The second waveform is a random pattern that alters the pitch irregularly using the Modulation Rate and Intensity settings, often creating more unusual effects than the sine wave.
