Long-tailed Jaeger

Stercorarius longicaudus

Menor y más esbelto que otros págalos. Las dos plumas centrales de la cola en los adultos son muy largas y finas. Tamaño: 46 cm.; peso: machos 280 g., hembras 310 g. Anida en la tundra del norte de Alaska, Canadá, Groenlandia y Eurasia. Inverna en el mar. Accidental en los mares de La Española y probablemente se encontrará en los mares de Puerto Rico también.
