Pequeño tiránido de plumaje pardo con dos prominentes barras en las alas. Carece de las partes ventrales color ante del Bobito (de Puerto Rico). Tamaño: 16 cm.; peso: 15 g. Audio 2 (M. Oberle). Anida en el este de América del Norte, invernando en el noroeste de América del Sur.
