Compiler directives allow the programmer to control certian
aspects of the compiling process and code generation.
These directives can be inserted into the source code or
through the integerated environment. A compiler directive
can be placed at any place a comment can be placed and
assume the syntax of {$DirectiveLetter OnOffValue}.
