   Function:   keybCode()

               When KEYB.COM is installed (only for DOS versions
               3+), this function returns the country code. When
               it is not installed, a ZERO length string is returned.

   Syntax:     keybCode()

   Arguments:  None

   Returns:    A 2 char string (or zero length). eg. NL, FR

   Usage:      ? if(KeybCode()="NL","Hallo, Wereld","Hello, World")
