   Function:   keybNorm()

               When KEYB.COM is installed (only for DOS versions
               3+), this function resets the selected keyboard.
               This is identical to pressing Ctrl-Alt-F2.

   Syntax:     keybNorm()

   Arguments:  None

   Returns:    Nothing.
