Function:   AppendPath()

               When APPEND is installed, AppendPath() return's the
               search path. Could be handy to know where DOS is going
               to look for Data files.

   Syntax:     AppendPath()

   Arguments:  None

   Returns:    A list of directories, Semicolon delimited.

   Usage:      * - I dunno.. Never really used APPEND myself.
