Mcd's From A Manager's View Point

I Worked for Mcd's for 10 yrs. As the years went by I saw some really
drastic changes. No longer do they take care of the Employee's. It is
so much a political rat race with Corp. Corp squeezes the Owner/opera.
into unfair positions. My last position held was a Store Mgr and I would
never go back. I do not blame my owner's, I blame corp. They need to
Focus on the employee's more. To satisfy the customer you must have happy
internal customers--the crew and Mgmt. If they are not happy then how
can you expect them to be happy and pleasant to customer's coming in the
door to be served. Corp needs to revamp the entire system and start
back with the basic's.
