: I'm with you, I've worked at Mcdonalds for two years and none of the workers are happy to work there. We are exploited and abused by the managers, owner and by customers. How can the managers expect us to be nice and friendly towards the customers when we are treated like crap. It doesn't make sense.
Well, what did you expect??? You've clearly illustrated your work ethic in your other posts on this board. Stealing food, stealing money, and admitting to being a dihonest person, and bragging about your equally dishonest co-workers.
I've seen people with your attitude a few times in my life. You obviously wouldn't be happy working in any kind of environment, no matter how good the pay is, how cool the management is, you'll always look for some excuse to piss and moan, to goof off, to call in sick when you're able-bodied, etc. What do you plan to take or pilfer from the next business that has the misfortune to hire you?
As for the mean-ass customers, well yes we do have a problem with staff who fart around, and take all the time they please to get our order to us. We do have a problem if it is frequently the wrong order, or was carelessly prepared and undercooked. And, any franchise owner worth a damn wants his customers satisfied, SO THEY'LL RETURN!!! The smart owner understands that if he loses customers, his business COULD FOLD!!! Put another way, EVERYBODY LOSES!!!!! So yes! I think he is right to get on your ass! With your attitude, it's no wonder he does!
