I've just come back from BOC, and i'm scared. I feel like i'm being brainwashed, or made to be a hypocrit one or the other. It's drummed into us how important it is to treat staff (crew) well, and yet, once you're back on the floor, you're discouraged from treating people like people, and whist i was there, i was shown pictures of ghandi and saint theresa in the same vain as selling mac's . should i be scared???
