Well, since my last post in the Debating Room, things have changed for me. My boss turned into an intolerant bastard, swearing at 15yrs olds because they wouldn't smile after working ten hour shifts. He has told four out of six managers they have an attitude problem, two managers have been forced into resignation and were made to sign emplyment agreements or get the sack.
Food safety has been ignored (using out of date shake and sundae mix and lettuce etc) workers safety has been ignored and all staff are regularly abused for not being productive.
The management team are blamed for lack of sales and customer complaints and are intimidated into making fraudulant acts (in relation to clockings)
