To all you Mc employees:I have been working for McD's for 4 months now. I have gotten to know all the crew really well.
In the time there I met one guy who's a part of the crew who has this habit for treating the crew
and the new crew like shit. When I first got there he called me some names a couple of times and i just
brushed it off. A couple of month's later I find out he's treating all the new people like shit.
The managers give him little talks and so do the crew chiefs but he still carries on with his shitty attitude.
Also i just found out that he's being switched from mornings to latenights with me. We the whole latenight
crew are not looking forward to having him with us everynight. what should I do? The managers refuse to do anything
about him and the whole crew in the whole restaurant hates(I mean HATE) him? Should i do a crew petition?
Tomorrow night is our first night with him. I'm not happy.Restaurant:
