From an McD's worker and a McD's ex-worker. You underestimate the problem. The incompetence and short-sightedness of all managers at McDonalds Gatwick IV (busiest in Europe, at Gatwick Airport United Kingdom) is almost incredible. One manager is so universally hated, and so incredibly stupid it is amost beyond comprehension. For example, he booked a skiing holiday in The Czech Republic only to find that there hadn't been any snow there this winter. We just found this very amusing. Keep up the good work......
