  6. This is  a conversion  of the popular  Amiga  game of  the same  name,
  7. however  the  intro  sequence  is  missing  on  the  PC  version.  The
  8. original intro explained how super frog got his powers, and how he had
  9. to fight an evil witch, and was very fun to watch.  The PC can  easily
  10. handle such a intro, take Microprose F1 grand prix for example.  All I
  11. can think of is that because team 17 are  behind it, they  have'nt put
  12. as much effort in, as they did for the Amiga version, but  at the  end
  13. of the day it doesn't  matter, because  you'll probablly only  watch a
  14. intro sequence no more than 2 or 3 times.

  16. Platform games are becoming  better & better on  the PC, and  are of
  17. better  quality than  the console  versions, with  allot  more appeal.
  18. Super frog is one such platform game, althrough not as good as Aladdin
  19. and the lionking, it is still one of the best platform games available
  20. for  the PC  today.  It has great  graphics & sound, but  above all is
  21. great to play.

  23. There are plenty of secret tunels built in the landscape for you  to 
  24. find,  along  with  a  whole  host  of  power ups, including Lucasade
  25. bottles (for energy), wings (for flying) & a ball (for throwing at the
  26. enemy bees), to name a few.

  28. From the forest  world to witch's  castle, the levels  are  varied & 
  29. great to play, with four levels per world, and 5 worlds to  play, this
  30. game should keep any keen play occupied for a few weeks, even with the
  31. password function built into the game, it should still last a while.

  33. Overall Super Frog scores 89%, as it is a great platform game.
