  9. The problem seems to be that the new SoundBlaster library requires
  10. that your BLASTER variable specify an `H' setting...which is
  11. inapplicable for many sound cards!  We're working on getting a fix so
  12. that `H' isn't required.

  14. Anyway, the problem is in Executor, not in the setups of those people
  15. who suddenly lost sound support in 1.99q10.  We hope to get 1.99q11
  16. out fairly soon to fix the problem.
