  5.  1. Photoshop - what is the status of it, we haven't heard for a while

  7.  2. News group as support mechanism is problematic
  8.    
  9.     I have just spent 30 minutes going through my news reader picking
  10.     the threads I want to read and skipping all the posts about mac
  11.     vs executor, linux vs dos etc.
  12.  
  13.    My time is valuable to me, I bought the product before it worked 
  14.    for my needs, because I wanted to support you.  Now that I have to 
  15.    spend time wading through insipid flames and questions that are 
  16.    answered in the faq to get support, my fondness for Ardi is dropping.

  18.    Another mailing list for either registered users, or for advanced 
  19.    questions is not that CPU and bandwith intensive.  Can we please do
  20.    something?

  22. Once again, I really do think ARDI is a great company, and any thing
  23. you can do to help will be appreciated.
