  10. Of course, running as root all the time is not very advisable.  I
  11. almost never log onto my PC as root, ever since I did:

  15. on root's home directory (/root).  Bye bye system...!!!  That was
  16. about two years ago before I'd learned much about Unix!  It would be
  17. much more advisable to set the directory world writeable, or give each
  18. user their own system folder.
