  17.     It's your call.  I'd probably chmod the directory, but it all 
  18. depends on the number of users you have (I'm root on my box, since it's

  25.     I suggest a memory upgrade to 16+ MB.  Executor is quite memory 
  26. hungry, and it uses X, so the X server will take up memory too.  To 
  27. banish the swap daemon/demon a memory upgrade is a good idea.  BTW, does 
  28. your computer use 30-pin SIMMs or 72-pin SIMMS?  If it's 30, you'll have 
  29. to remove 4MB of RAM and buy 16 MB of ram (4MBx9 SIMMS) to go to 20 MB.  
  30. For a 72-pin MB, you can just get an 8 MB simm to upgrade to 16.  (Or, 
  31. get 16 MB and go to 24 :)

  33.     (Of course, a Pentium/90 with 16 or 24 MB or so will run Executor 
  34. faster, but who can afford that :)  Seriously, I run Executor on my 
  35. DX2/66 just fine in 16 MB (just don't start many large xv processes).
