- I haven't tried Executor for several versions--and the improvement since I
- last did is awesome.
-
- That said, I have a problem (which could be due to my inexperience; but...)
- when I attempt to use the HX-Fer program to copy a disk, Executor bombs
- to DOS with the following message when I click "drive" sufficient times
- for the program to attempt to access my floppy disk:
-
- eax=ffffe1e4 ebx=0002530e ecx=001c1cbc edx=0000001b esi=00000000 edi=0002530e

- The disk in the drive is a MAC formatted 1.4MB floppy. My computer is
- a Pentium/90 with a Micronics motherboard, 500MB IDE + 1G Quantum
- SCSI + 270MB Syquest SCSI removable, and 48MB of RAM; it also
- has a Colorado 250MB tape backup drive run via the floppy disk
- port (maybe this is my problem?). I started Executor with
-
- executor -applzone 8192
- I got the same result with any attempt to access the floppy via the
- GO menu.
