  8. How about ARDI compiling a list that users send in.  We users
  9. could send in a report stating the name of the file, a URL to
  10. download it from, and a short description; then we send mail to 
  11. another e-mail address to receive a copy of it.  All of this could
  12. be done automatically and would be very easy to set up.
