  29. The betas that are publicly available aren't unlockable.  So if you need full 
  30. Executor stuff, and are a registered user, you need to stick with the last 
  31. non-beta release, which is 1.99q12.  If you aren't registered, sure, use the 
  32. betas, because that's where the new fixes go.  I think you can copy the 
  33. browser that comes with the betas into 1.99q12, but I keep forgetting to do 
  34. this.
