- Hello. I've been thinking that it would be really nice if i was
- able to restrict the movement of the mouse to the inside of the Executor
- window in X. This would be most useful because i often switch X to a
- lower resolution so i can actually see stuff (having a small monitor is
- annoying) but keep the virtual resolution set at 1024x768 because it's
- faster and most programs expect a large screen. Anyway, if i were to play
- something like Lemmings and moved to the mouse to the side of the screen
- to scroll the playing field, i would most often move it too far which
- would cause the display to scroll over and change the palatte and is
- generally annoying.
- So is it possible to restrict the movement to the window with the
- current version (q12 or beta0)? If not, are there any plans to do this?
- The only problem i can see with this is if there weren't any
- safegaurds built in in case Executor crashed and you weren't able to move
- the mouse to an xterm or something and kill it.
- Just a thought. I hope all of that made sense.
- Peace...
