  14. Hello everyone!
  15. Last day I donwloaded Q8 and tried under  a beta version of W96. It worked
  16. strange, but worked. Strange means that some appls hanged when they never
  17. have done it and so on!

  19. But yesterday I return to my original W95, deleting all the HD and
  20. reinstalling all the apps again, including 99q and q8. Under MS-DOs it
  21. worked perfect, but
  22. ALL the times i have loaded from W95 it has hanged everything!

  24. I have reinstalled it several times, deleted all my volumes (even when under
  25. MS-DOS they worked perfectly). I have removed my Zip drives and soft, tried
  26. the -nosound switch, and installed univbe 5.1 with no success.

  28. I have installed Q7 and try it under W95 and works perfect, just double
  29. clicking! on the icon. I have installed Q8 again and it hangs all my W95. I
  30. just hear the sound that makes when accesing to A: drive, then see the zip
  31. light on and off, 
  32. the Cd light on and off and...Hanged.

  34. To be exact the sound that makes when accesing to my A: is not the same that
  35. q7 and all did.
  36. The normal sound is in two parts:
  37. a little one, just like the one you hear when you access the drive and there
  38. is no disk inside
  39.  
  40. and a long one (3,4 secons).
  41.  
  42. I hear only the 1st one under q8.
  43.  
  44. Any ideas?
