  19. Hello everyone!
  20. Last day I donwloaded Q8 and tried under  a beta version of W96. It worked
  21. strange, but worked. Strange means that some appls hanged when they never
  22. have done it and so on!

  24. But yesterday I return to my original W95, deleting all the HD and
  25. reinstalling all the apps again, including 99q and q8. Under MS-DOs it
  26. worked perfect, but
  27. ALL the times i have loaded from W95 it has hanged everything!
  28.  
  29. I have reinstalled it several times, deleted all my volumes (even when under
  30. MS-DOS they worked perfectly). I have removed my Zip drives and soft, tried
  31. the -nosound switch, and installed univbe 5.1 with no success.

  33. I have installed Q7 and try it under W95 and works perfect, just double
  34. clicking! on the icon. I have installed Q8 again and it hangs all my W95. I
  35. just hear the sound that makes when accesing to A: drive, then see the zip
  36. light on and off, 
  37. the Cd light on and off and...Hanged.
  38.  
  39. To be exact the sound that makes when accesing to my A: is not the same that
  40. q7 and all did.
  41. The normal sound is in two parts:
  42. a little one, just like the one you hear when you access the drive and there
  43. is no disk inside
  44.  
  45. and a long one (3,4 secons).
  46.  
  47. I hear only the 1st one under q8.
  48.  
  49. Any ideas?
