  17. Ok, so I should stop using my IDE CD-ROM?

  19. Any cdrom should work given that my bargin basement ACER IDE CD-ROM works
  20. with my even cheaper soundcard.

  22. I haven't done anything special.  Try this, insert the cdrom before you
  23. start Executor.  Then when you get E started, select the drives "strip" and
  24. make sure that you open the cdrom through the icon that has the NAME of the
  25. CDROM, not the one that has the appropriate DOS drive letter.  This is the
  26. system I use, and it works well. I can even run the software of the CDROM.
  27. Although my CPU is now a DX/2 66.
