Subject: executor-svga, S3-928, and svgalib

Precedence: bulk
>symptoms: executor-svga (p5) starts up, but the screen is messed up in
>two ways (at least), the print is staggered (an 'n' looks like three

This was a common problem with all S3-based systems in svgalib.
The same thing happened with my S3 805 2mb board, with a variety of
programs (not just executor, but Maelstrom, zgv, etc).
